Official Rules

1. What Bite Points are

Bite Points are a promotional rewards credit issued by The Bite Me Challenge. They have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged between accounts, except as expressly provided in these rules.

2. Earning points

• Points are awarded when a restaurant verifies your challenge attempt through the site.
• Each challenge lists its own point values: one for a verified win, one for a verified completed attempt.
• We may run limited-time bonus events (e.g., double-points weekends). Each event's dates and rules will be posted in advance on the site.

3. Spending points

• Merchandise: Points may be redeemed for merchandise at the prices listed on the redemption page. Redemption deducts points immediately.
• Charity donations: 100 Bite Points = $1 donated by us to Feeding America-affiliated food banks. Donations are made on a periodic basis; records are kept and available on request.

4. Rule changes

We may update these rules at any time. Changes apply going forward only — points already earned keep the value they had when earned. Material changes will be posted on the site at least 14 days before taking effect.

5. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to hold an account and redeem rewards. Ages 13–17 may participate only with a parent or guardian's account and supervision. We may suspend accounts for fraud, abuse, or chargebacks.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to Bite Points is limited to the points in the account at issue. Food challenges themselves are run by the participating restaurants — see the Challenger Waiver.
